Panel Configuration

This page covers the Panel screens that configure a Site: connecting your catalog, credentials, and the settings every service depends on. If you haven’t signed up yet or want the onboarding overview, see First Steps.

Panel organizes everything under Company → Site. A company can operate several sites — for example, one per shop or storefront. Beyond the one created for you automatically, create additional ones from Company → Sites → Create New Site, giving each:

  • Domain — the shop’s URL
  • Description — an internal label
  • Tracking — on by default

Each site has its own General settings, API Credentials, Data source, Item grouping, AI methods, and CDN panels, described below.

Under Site → API Credentials, every site has a Username, Password, and a read-only Token — these are what your storefront or any integration uses to authenticate. Use Reset API credentials to generate a new username/password pair or a new read-only token if either needs to be rotated. The read-only token is also what you’ll use to embed the widget directly in your shop.

Under Site → Data source, add one or more feed Sources — URLs pointing to your product feed files. Once added:

  • Click Start Import to run an import immediately, or turn on Schedule daily import and pick an Import time to keep the catalog in sync automatically.
  • Import history shows the status and result of every past import.
  • Fields lets you define custom site fields on top of the standard catalog schema — for example a margin or stock-level value — which then become available as filters and boosting signals across every service.

Every service on this site searches against the catalog built from these feeds, so this step comes first. See Product Feed for exactly what file format and columns your feed needs.

If your catalog has product variants (the same item in different colors or sizes), turn on Group Items under Site → Item grouping. This treats variants as one product for search and recommendation results, showing a single representative with the others available as alternatives. Use Split Groups by to choose which attributes should still be treated as distinct results even with grouping on — for example, splitting by color while still collapsing size variants together.

Each service relies on one or more embedding models — labeled Nets in Panel — to understand text, images, and product similarity. Under Site → AI methods, turn on the Nets your plan includes:

  • Similarity: Berry Punch Net, Darjeeling Second Flush Net, Volcanic Water Net
  • Color: Kiba Net, Barraquito Net

A campaign can only use a Net that’s been activated here first — if a service’s Panel screen shows no compatible option to weight, check that the right Net is turned on for the site. See AI Models for what each one actually does and how to choose weights.

Under Site → CDN, you can upload and manage additional static files (e.g. images used in merchandising) and get a stable URL for each one.
