This page covers getting access to vviinn and what Panel sets up for you automatically. Once you’re in, see Panel Configuration for the one-time site setup every service depends on.

Getting access

🆕 New to vviinn?

Go to Panel and sign up with an email and password, then choose Start Free Trial. Self-service trial signup is sometimes temporarily paused at high demand — if that happens, or if you’d rather talk to someone first, email support@vviinn.com.
🏢 Joining a company that already uses vviinn?

Choose My company is using vviinn on the same screen, or ask an existing admin on your account to invite you. If you’re not sure who that is, support@vviinn.com can help.
🔐 Signing in via your company’s SSO?

Self-service trial signup isn’t available for SSO accounts — contact your admin or support@vviinn.com to get added to your company.

Starting a free trial through Panel isn’t just an account — it provisions a working setup for you automatically:

A Company is created — the account that owns your billing, users, and every site you run.
A trial Plan is created (2 weeks), with Text Search and recommendations active so you can try them immediately; product data enrichment isn’t included in the trial. Which services and result limits are available is controlled by your plan, and it can change if you move to a paid plan.
A Site is created automatically from the shop domain you enter during signup, with a default AI model already turned on.
Default Text Search and Similar Products campaigns are created so there’s something to test right away.
You’re set as the site’s editor, able to configure everything described in this documentation.

From there, the main thing left to do yourself is connecting your product catalog — nothing can search or recommend products until your feed is imported.

Plans and billing

Your Plan determines which services are active (Text Search, recommendations, product data), how many results each returns, and the pricing for each. Plans belong to a Contract under your Company.

Billing is usage-based per plan and invoiced periodically; payment is due immediately upon invoicing. You can view your current plan and past invoices in Panel under Company. To change plans or discuss pricing, contact support@vviinn.com.

Panel setup checklist

Before you embed the widget, call the Platform API directly, or integrate via MCP tools, make sure these are all done in Panel:

API credentials generated — you’ll need the read-only token either way.
Product feed connected and imported — nothing returns results otherwise.
AI methods turned on for the Nets your services need.
At least one service campaign active (Text Search, Visual Search, etc.) — see Services.

Once these are done, embed the widget, call the Platform API directly, or wire up an AI agent via MCP tools — all three authenticate with the same API credentials. See How It Fits Together for the difference between them. Full walkthrough of every Panel screen involved: Panel Configuration.
